Jost 154 was opened by John Strano in October 2009. John has many years experience in running a successful cafe nearby, and when the opportunity to open his dream venue in such a good location came along, he jumped at it.

John, along with his head chef Patrick have created a modern menu, embracing Australia’s adventurous approach to food, whilst combining it with the traditional Italian background that John comes from. The result is a striking menu, ranging from breakfast, to quick lunches and a mouth-watering array of Italian deserts to choose from.
